Ask G-Brain Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

This policy explains how Ask G-Brain handles information through https://askgbrain.10xboost.org and its iOS application.

Information we process

We process Apple sign-in identifiers and relay email where applicable; profile and subscription status; chat messages and sessions; private GitHub repository content and metadata; generated notes, indexes, embeddings, and knowledge relationships; scheduled workflow and synchronization records; support messages; and technical logs. Apple handles payment card details.

Uses and disclosures

We use information to authenticate users, connect or provision a private knowledge repository, answer questions, search and organize knowledge, perform user-requested or scheduled processing, maintain subscription status, secure and troubleshoot the Service, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to Apple, GitHub, OpenAI or another configured AI provider used to fulfill a request, Cloudflare, MongoDB, search or embedding providers, or valid legal process.

Retention and security

Knowledge content remains in the connected or provisioned private GitHub repository until deleted there or through an available account workflow. Chat, index, workflow, transaction, and security records are retained only as reasonably necessary. Disconnecting a user-owned repository removes Service access but does not delete the repository itself. We use encrypted transport and access controls, but no system is completely secure. Maintain independent backups of important knowledge.

Your choices

You may disconnect a repository, manage the iOS subscription through Apple, and request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting hi@10xboost.org. We may verify identity and retain limited records required for legal or security purposes. Providers may process data internationally under applicable safeguards. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date.
